Director of Alumni Expansion
Job Title: Director of Alumni Expansion
Overview:
Omega Delta Phi is a service/social multicultural fraternal organization, which seeks to make a difference in our members’ lives through leadership development, academic achievement, and service through a lifelong Brotherhood.
The Director of Alumni Expansion is the leading National Director responsible for developing, creating the process, and implementing the creation of new alumni associations. This director will report directly to the Vice President of Alumni Engagement.
Direct Reports:
- N/A
Responsibilities:
The Director of Alumni Expansion shall perform the following duties, but not limited to:
- Establish and manage a strategic alumni expansion plan that includes the ongoing development of a new virtual engagement platform.
- Creating the steps on how to become an Alumni Organization.
- Coordinate all national and regional alumni engagement events and maintain the calendar on myODPHI.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit and/or find expansion markets.
- Track effectiveness of all aspects of alumni expansion and benchmark against best practices.
- Track alumni data, including: attendance, participation, graduation rates, education progress, and job history.
- Other duties as assigned by the National President and Vice President of Alumni Engagement include, but not limited to: bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; travel for national and regional conferences.
Qualifications:
- Thorough working knowledge of the fraternity’s vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure and/or the ability to quickly learn these important factors.
- Demonstrated success developing and evaluating program models, and selecting and successfully operationalizing innovative programs.
- Able to create clarity and get buy-in with the team and with the National Executive Council.
- Comfortable addressing challenges with ambiguous or incomplete information.
- A strong bias for action, experimentation, and executional excellence.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Detail oriented, excellent written, excellent verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Alumnus in good standing.
- Presentations produced as needed.
- Quarterly reports as required.
- 10 – 15 hours a week of committed time.
Director of Alumni Standards
Job Title: Director of Alumni Standards
Overview:
Omega Delta Phi is a service/social multicultural fraternal organization, which seeks to make a difference in our members’ lives through leadership development, academic achievement, and service through a lifelong Brotherhood.
The Director of Alumni Standards is the leading National Director responsible for developing and implementing standards and will work to strengthen the fraternity’s ties with alumni.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Alumni Standards shall perform the following duties, but not limited to:
- Establish and manage fair standard practices for all alumni which includes the ongoing development of a new virtual engagement platform.
- Coordinate all alumni engagement events with the Director of Programming and Director of Public Relations.
- Track effectiveness of all aspects of alumni engagement and benchmark against best practices.
- Creating a professional process that all must follow.
- Other duties as assigned by the National President and Vice President of Alumni Engagement include, but not limited to: bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; travel for national and regional conferences.

Director of Branding & Design
Job Title: Director of Branding & Design
Overview:
Omega Delta Phi is a service/social multicultural fraternal organization, which seeks to make a difference in our members’ lives through leadership development, academic achievement, and service through a lifelong Brotherhood.
The Director of Branding & Design is the leading National Director responsible for defining the fraternity’s vision and instills it in all levels of the organization to make up part of the working culture. In this capacity, the Director of Branding & Design also leads the development and refinement of the brand’s messages and creative designs in order to attract potential consumers.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Branding & Design shall perform the following duties, but not limited to:
- Lead brand narrative, voice, and identity to define how the fraternity personifies cultural moments and core organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain brand strategies both for fraternity.
- Lead strategy and execution, in collaboration with the Director of Public Relations, for brand social channels including identifying new opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
- Conceive clear, compelling concepts based on careful analysis of the objectives and audience.
- Design a wide range of strategic advertising and marketing materials aligned to brief, timeline, and style/tone, regardless of media or message.
- Coordinate brand activity across the National Executive Council (NEC) and external partners ensuring clear alignment and execution of brand strategies.
- Work with the Director of Content to develop cross channel strategies for brand messaging and content.
- Reviews and approves creative work from the NEC, Regional Boards, and all entities to ensure that all work is laddering up to strategy.
- Work with the Director of Recruitment to create a recruitment marketing toolkit for each semester and quarter.
- Manage and maintain the fraternity’s Branding Guide.
- Work with the Director of Business Development to ensure all vendors are aligned with the fraternity’s branding standards.
- Other duties as assigned by the National President and Vice President of Operations include, but not limited to: bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; travel for national and regional conferences.

Job Title: Director of Content
Overview:
Omega Delta Phi is a service/social multicultural fraternal organization, which seeks to make a difference in our members’ lives through leadership development, academic achievement, and service through a lifelong Brotherhood.
The Director of Content is the leading National Director responsible for enhancing and amplifying content design & strategy to meet our fraternity’s goals and help us satisfy our user’s functional and emotional needs. You will be part of the design leadership team as the leader of the content design and will drive several cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Content shall perform the following duties, but not limited to:
- Be a storyteller and with the Director of Public Relations, the Director of Branding & Design, and the Director of Web Development to make experiences useful, usable, and engaging.
- Enhance the brand by creating cohesive experiences with a consistent voice and tone.
- Develop, prepare and publish well-written/well-produced content.
- Execute copywriting needs for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and advertisements across social and the web.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Conduct keyword research and ensure all content is optimized for its intended channel like improving search rankings by optimizing content for search performance.
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates) and update/refine content as needed.
- Lead and manage an in-house content committee and/or freelancers.
- Other duties as assigned by the National President and Vice President of Operations include, but not limited to: bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; travel for national and regional conferences.
Qualifications:
- Experience creating content for, but not limited to email campaigns, websites, blogs, press releases and social media.
