About Conference
The annual National Conference offers a unique opportunity for members of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. of all ages from many parts of the world to meet in the true spirit of brotherhood. The conference has three main responsibilities and powers:
Educate the membership base on entity operation fundamentals.
Provide a space for brothers to reconnect while connecting with new brothers for the first time.
Celebrate the success and progress of our brotherhood that occurred within this past year.

The Conference Planning Committee locked in a nightly rate at $119/night for this 4 star hotel. That is well over 60% off the regular nightly price.
Tracks Available
Neophyte
At the heart of our brotherhood is introducing our new members to brothers from across the country. The goal of this track is to allow for networking and to provide the tools needed have a successful undergraduate experience.
Prophyte
This track will provide our experienced members with leadership training and organizational fundamentals, both business and brotherhood related.
Graduating
This track is for members graduating this upcoming academic year. (Fall 2023 to Spring 2024) Graduating our members is a core goal of our brotherhood. All graduating members will have a tailored conference dedicated to networking with ODPhi Alumni, professional development, and learning how to successfully transition into Alumnihood.
Alumnus
The National Executive Board is excited to introduce the first ever Alumni track at Conference. This track will provide workshops, opportunities to network with graduating members, and a chance to enjoy some good ol’ brotherhood time!
Registration Packages
We are excited to offer a conference experience in which brothers of all ages will gain something! Due to overwhelming success last year, payment plans will be available again! Pay all at once or split registration into 4 easy payments!

- Regular registration will stay open until 4/30/23 @ 11:59pm CT.
- Late registration will begin 5/1/23 and will close on 6/30/23 and will cost an additional $25/registration. The 4 payment plan option will no longer be available during this time and a 50/50 option will be available split on 2 payments, 2 weeks apart.
- Depending on registration numbers, late registration may run until conference, but all swag and banquet will not be guaranteed.

Is Hotel Accommodations Included?
No! After getting feedback from 2022 Space City Nationals, we decided to offer registration packages without hotel accommodations included. This way, brothers can have the freedom to get rooms for themselves, or add as many brothers as they want!
What Is The Attire For Undergrads & Alumni?
Workshops

Service & Stroll Practice
- Conference shirt

Banquet
- We are rolling out the red carpet for the banquet, so everyone is expected to bring the A game!
- I want this banquet to be the ODPhi Met Gala, so step up and be brave with your attire!
- AT A MINIMUM: blazer, dress shirt, slacks, dress shoes (no line jackets will be allowed)
- Met Ball on a budget:
- Brothers can look at H&M, ASOS, SHIEN, Amazon, Fashionova, BoohooMAN. (Bougie on a budget: Sax OFF 5th, Nordstrom Rack….)
- They all carry plus sizes, but things tend to run small so size up.
- All except for Amazon, Sax, and Nordstrom offer pay later services such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm. (If using affirm do know that it is credit based)
What Swag Is Included?
The Conference Committee is currently working on what conference items will be included this year. Swag is expected to be announced in the beginning of March.
Will There Be A Virtual Option?
There will be no virtual option available. All entities will be required to attend as per Constitution and Nation Policies. (For some attendance may feel force, but we promise once you are around your brothers and feel the love, it is all worth it!)

Directions from Sky Harbor to Westin Tempe:
Cancellation of flights, trains, etc., must be made through the company they were booked with. Airlines can offer a credit to customers who cancel a flight for use on a future flight. You can cancel a flight by the same means you used when making your reservation. If you still have questions, we recommend reaching out to the airline’s customer service center for more information on what options the airline offers.
Will There Be Vendors?
Yes! They will be announced once they are approved.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations requests must be submitted to support@omegadeltaphi.org.
- Cancellations received on or before April 30th will be cancelled or refunded in full (excluding the payment processing fees)
- Those received between May 1st and June 30th will be refunded 50% (excluding the payment processing fees)
- All cancellation request on/after July 1st are NOT refundable.
- If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for full payment.
