I understand as a volunteer I am expected to be available & willing to help even when I am not leading a workshop/task.

I understand that failure to be available & willing to help throughout the weekend will result in my flight, registration, banquet, & hotel accommodations being invoiced to me.

I understand that my hotel room will be assigned prior to conference.

I understand I must contact the VP of Finance Frank to purchase my flight if I have not done so already. If I buy my own flight, I will not be reimbursed.

I understand when Nationals purchases flights, they are nonrefundable. If I do not attend, I will be invoiced for the flight and any additional cost that may be incurred. (please see the Conference Cancellation Policy)
